• At least 8-10 years practical experiences with any reputed woven RMG industry. Minimum 3 years as AGM.
Responsibilities & Context
To follow up total manufacturing process by making detail Line loading Plan with the help of SMV, manpower & standard efficiency of the line and executing the order perfectly to meet Customer delivery dates by organizing material, accessories & pre-production activities in time with achieving maximum production efficiency.
Identify delays and accordingly adjust schedules to meet deadlines. Assist in production risk assessment and mitigation activities.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
Conduct daily meetings to keep track of production schedules. Ensure that finished products meet quality standards and customer specifications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (such as IE, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, merchandising) to streamline operations and improve overall efficiency.
Manage and mentor production staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, excellence, and continuous improvement.
Analyze production data, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective measures.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
Prepare regular reports on production performance, budget utilization, and key metrics for senior management.
Must be workaholic and target oriented.
