Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Scheduling Specialist at Lifespan Euro Med Spa. The Scheduling Specialist will be responsible for managing and coordinating appointments, communicating with clients, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining accurate medical terminology.
Please note that this is a remote position with scheduled hours either within USA CST time zones, typically from 9 am to 7 pm, and may include nighttime shifts. However, these hours are subject to change based on availability. Specific days of the week will be determined after training, totaling 32 to 40 hours spread across 4 to 5 days. If this schedule doesn't align with your availability, please let us know.
Qualifications
- Appointment Scheduling and Organization Skills
- Effective Communication and Customer Service skills
- Knowledge of Medical Terminology
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
- Audit Schedule
- Send reports on provider activities
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
