Age at least 45 years
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Operation Management in Paper factory
Minimum 4-5 years experience in any renowned Paper factory in a similar position.
Sound knowledge of industry-specific factory equipment.
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills.
Responsibilities & Context
Total control of the factory procurement, Production, Distribution, Manpower management and security, etc.
Managing the cost-effectiveness and sustainable operation of the factory
Recruitment and training of the factory workers.
To identify & implement measures to improve the efficiency of the operation
Provide the necessary technical support to run the factory operation smoothly
To keep the congenial environment, health, safety, and security inside the factory.
Motivating factory workers to achieve the production targets.
Monitoring & supervising various issues like security systems, Transport maintenance, etc.
Ability to co-ordinate with appropriate stakeholders like; Govt. offices and local authorities etc.
Ensuring the on-time operational reporting to the top management.
Enforce compliance with health and safety regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
Have to Preserve all documents of Administration related with safe & confidentially.
Any other responsibilities as assigned by the management.
