Main Job Purpose:
Drive primary sales (selling Unilever products to the distributors) and secondary sales (selling Unilever products to retail shops/outlets) by making Unilever’s products available and visible to the consumer for the assigned territory. Manage distributors and distributor’s sales force and also ensure optimal implementation of company’s trade activities and merchandising plans.
Key Accountabilities:
- Drive primary and secondary sales in line with the company’s growth target
- Manage distributors through providing support in distributors’ business planning and execution
- Lead, develop and monitor distributor’s field force to ensure sales target achievement
- Spearhead the product availability and visibility through flawless execution of trade and merchandising activities in the market
- Ensure world class customer service and drive innovation in the marketplace
- Educational Background: Bachelors of Business Administration/ Marketing/ Management/ Mathematics/ Statistics/ Accounting from a reputed university with a minimum 3.0 C.G.P.A.
