Must have the ability to make sure the production within time.
Applicant should have prior experience in -marketing or sales sector.
Must be able to work under pressure.
Must have basic knowledge on IT (ms word/excel sheet).
Candidates should not be too far away from the job location.
Responsibilities & Context
Time: (10am-8pm)
𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆:
Having a good and constant communication with the online and offline team to make sure the productions are done within the time.
Establish daily, weekly and monthly objectives.
Create brand value and selling opportunity.
Planning and organizing production schedules.
Selecting, ordering and purchasing production materials as per requirement.
Overseeing the production process.
Determining the quality checking.
Assigning production responsibility to the Employees everyday.
Maintaining the production Cycle and eliminate the production gap (if there is any).
Compensation & Other Benefits
Salary: (15-20k for deserving candidates, depending on dedication and skills).
