Job Description
Financial Transactions:
- Record and reconcile financial transactions related to online sales, including orders, payments and refunds.
- Verify the accuracy of transaction records and ensure they align with e-commerce platform data.
Reporting:
- Prepare and present financial reports specific to online sales and revenue, analyzing data from the e-commerce platform.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting for the online store's financial activities.
Financial Analysis for E-Commerce:
- Analyze data specific to online sales, including customer behavior, product performance and online marketing ROI.
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize online store profitability.
Expense Management for Online Operations:
- Monitor and control expenses related to online store operations, including payment processing fees and marketing costs.
- Review and validate online sales-related expenses
Financial Planning for E-Commerce:
- Collaborate with the online store management to develop financial strategies including pricing, promotions and budgeting.
- Participate in financial forecasting for online sales.
E-Commerce Compliance:
- Stay updated with e-commerce regulations and compliance standards.
- Ensure online sales operations adhere to legal requirements specific to the online retail industry.
Supplier and Vendor Management for E-Commerce:
- Establish and manage relationships with suppliers and vendors specific to online store products.
- Negotiate contracts, terms and agreements to secure favorable conditions for the online store.
Supply Management:
- Manage inventory levels, procurement and stock replenishment to ensure optimal product availability.
- Collaborate with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms and pricing.
- Implement inventory control strategies to minimize overstock and stockouts.
- Monitor and optimize supply chain processes to improve efficiency.
Supplier Communication:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication with suppliers regarding orders, shipments and quality control.
Logistics:
- Coordinate the logistics and distribution of products including shipping and delivery.
- Optimize the supply chain to minimize shipping costs and delivery times with full communication with the owners.
- Address any logistics-related issues and implement solutions.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Prepare regular reports for business owners with insights and recommendations.
- Other duties as assigned by the management.
