- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to clients promptly and Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service.
- Maintains a delicate balance between client and company goals while focusing on client accounts to form budding client relationships.
- Responsible for overseeing accounts of several clients while carrying out client and company goals ensuring they do not overlap or interfere with each other.
- Effectively answering client questions and guiding them throughout certain queries lies at the crux of an account manager's responsibilities. Also coordinate with other team members working on the same client account to promote consistency.
