Looking for Production Manager (Sewing) who are capable of successfully setting up & running sewing department of 45 lines Knit Composite Factory. If you are ready to face the challenge & have the required capability & technical skills, we would like to meet you with.

Job Responsibilities:
Order status monitoring & responsible for achieving production Building relationship with merchandising department, others department & production people for smooth operation.
Always be updated on production status whether it is meeting the production plan or not, if not then make a route cause analysis and give quick solution for achieve target production.
Reviewing production plan with capacity & strength along with ensuring timely shipment target.
Work for 100% capacity utilization and waste reduction.
Manage all tasks for smooth production, final inspection pass, and on-time shipment. Create highly motivated work force to achieve target.
Establish highest level of discipline in production floors.
Ensure optimum utilization of man and machine.
Ensure line balancing as per layout, time and motion study for all styles.
Communicate with top management directly when any issues arise. Any other tasks assigned by the management from time to time.
