Requirements
Education
B.Sc in Textile Engineering/Industrial Engineering/Diploma in Textile Technology. Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering, Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in IPE B.Sc in Textile Engineering with MBA will get preference. A diploma in Textile Technology with more experience in the Spinning Industry will give preference.

Good analytical ability and problem-solving skills with excellent interpersonal relations. Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members.
Good communication skills in both English & Bengali.
Able to work under pressure.
Proficient in the use of computers and reporting by proper presentation. Strong negotiation skills.
Responsibilities & Context
The largest Yarn manufacturing industry is looking for a dynamic and energetic General Manager who has to handle a challenging position and has sufficient knowledge regarding planning, various processes of production, etc.
Job Description/Responsibility:
Develop and implement overall production strategies aligned with the company's goals and Objectives.
Ensure accurate and optimal capacity (30 tons) of planning emphasizing cost reduction to increase profitability.
Lead the development and execution of detailed production plans and schedules and monitoring.
Preparing buyer-wise count and finished yarn delivery monthly.
Allocation of Batch maintaining the sequences with other related processes of finished yarn
Ensure optimal utilization of resources, including machinery, manpower, and raw materials.
Coordinating daily planning according to delivery plan and ensuring yarn delivery on time.
Facilitate effective communication and coordination between knitting, printing, finishing, quality control, mechanical, and other relevant departments.
Capacity Planning and monthly target Planning for knitting, dyeing, and printing.
Coordination with the entire process, all warehouses, and garments division to ensure the process sequence without any failure mode.
Coordinate activities with the Supply Chain and review Yarn positions to ensure on-time delivery.
Develop and maintain status information that provides accurate analysis of raw material, work in process, and unreleased work.
Generate regular reports on the production performance of yarn analyzing KPIs and providing insights to senior management.
Provide leadership and guidance to the production planning and coordination team.
Monitoring all deliveries done on time with records.
Reporting to the authority in detail from time to time.
Any other tasks assigned by the management.
