Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for achieving the P&L target of the garment factory (10 to 15 line knit units).
- Production activities of the company to achieve maximum efficiency & productivity with
- lowest possible losses of time.
- Should be able to calculate productivity, profit, Loss and line costing.
- Material while achieving the maximum contribution to cover overheads of the company.
- Maintain the factory as per all compliance requirements of all buyers with whom the
- company deals with.
- Review financial and non-financial reports to implement solutions or improvements
- Analyze challenging situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company success and growth.
- Drive strategies coming from Head office towards the achieving business unit goals.
- Overseeing the complete operation of an organization in accordance with the direction
- established in the strategic plans.
- Sound Knowledge on Knit product, Woven Product, Jackets, Fleece items, Swim shorts.
- Required computer knowledge AND communication skills.
- Practical knowledge in Pattern, Mini Marker.
- Good knowledge on Line layout process, machine knowledge, productivity, Quality control.
- Responsible for factory open and closing. Set Section wise working lay out.
- Controlling individual team within related dept.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Sound knowledge on self-operational planning, Line planning.

- Minimum Graduate.
Additional Requirements
- Age 40 to 50 years
- At least 10 years' experience as a factory manager / head (Knit & Woven/Jacket)
