Educational Requirements

• MBM/MBA/Masters in any discipline from any reputed public/leading private university with at least 03 (three) first class/equivalent CGPA having no 3rd class/equivalent CGPA in his / her academic record.
• CGPA 3.00 out of 4.00 point scale and CGPA 3.75 out of 5.00 point scale will be considered as 1st Class/division in Bachelor/Honors & Masters Degree and CGPA 3.00 out of 5.00 will be considered as 1st Division in both SSC & HSC examination.

Additional Job Requirements

• Age At most 30 year(s)
• Excellent Verbal and written communication skills in Bangla as well as in English. Candidates must have strong computer knowledge especially in MS Office, Access, Power Point and Excel. Must be an extrovert and willing to work in any location in Bangladesh.
• Age not exceeding 30 (thirty) years as on 31.01 .2016. Maximum age limit for descendants of Freedom Fighter/Martyr Freedom Fighter is 32 years.

Other Benefits

Selected candidates will be appointed as Probationary Officer and they will be on probation for a period of 02 (two) years. After completion of successful probation period, they will be absorbed as Executive Officer under regular pay-roll of the Bank.
