Job Description / Responsibility
  • Manage attendance & leave for all employees in the factory;
  • Handle employee grievance through the right channels;
  • Implement worker welfare programs;
  • Ensure safe & healthy work environment for employees at factory;
  • Resolves all Industrial Relation[IR] related issues;
  • Capable to handle Collective Bargaining Agencies [CBA ].

Educational Requirements
  • Graduate in Human Resources/ Industrial Management from a recognized university preferably with PGDHRM.
  • At least 2nd class in all academic levels.
Experience Requirements
  • At least 5 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Labor Union Management, Compensation/Benefits, Attendance, Leave Management, General HR, HRIS/HR Database Management, Training & Development, Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Manufacturing (FMCG), Multinational Companies
Additional Job Requirements
  • Minimum 05 years in a similar role with proficiency in Bangladesh Labour Law 2006 as amended update.
  • Excellent communication skill;
  • Proficiency in MS Office [Excel, Word & Power Point].
