Job Description / Responsibility
- Manage attendance & leave for all employees in the factory;
- Handle employee grievance through the right channels;
- Implement worker welfare programs;
- Ensure safe & healthy work environment for employees at factory;
- Resolves all Industrial Relation[IR] related issues;
- Capable to handle Collective Bargaining Agencies [CBA ].

Educational Requirements
- Graduate in Human Resources/ Industrial Management from a recognized university preferably with PGDHRM.
- At least 2nd class in all academic levels.
Experience Requirements
- At least 5 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Labor Union Management, Compensation/Benefits, Attendance, Leave Management, General HR, HRIS/HR Database Management, Training & Development, Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct - The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG), Multinational Companies
Additional Job Requirements
- Minimum 05 years in a similar role with proficiency in Bangladesh Labour Law 2006 as amended update.
- Excellent communication skill;
- Proficiency in MS Office [Excel, Word & Power Point].
